Frank Ainsa worked his entire career for Ainsa & Sons Wholesale Grocery Distribution where he retired as President of the company. Frank and his wife Rose moved into The Manor just following his retirement and spent their golden years enjoying the immaculate home.
Former attorney & congressman Malcom McGregor acquired and owned the property from 1971 to 2008, using it for attorney offices and exclusive business meetings. He was said to have hosted local leaders and celeb-status guests such as Cormac McCarthy, Pulitzer Prize-Winning author of The Road and No Country for Old Men.
Nora and Ernie Herrera purchased the home in 2008 to use as offices for their wealth management firm. They have since made enormous improvements and updates to the space with extravagant décor and finishes curated by an award-winning local designer.
